Use my shaver just a couple of times and the blades stopped working. Must have been a faulty blade set. They sent me a new one and going to try it now again and see how many shades I can get out of it. I'm really hoping this one lasts because I do enjoy the shaver. It does shave really close a smooth. The shape & finger slots really do allow you to shave the hard to reach/awkward areas. The batteries do recharge really quickly. The magnetic head sometimes pops off during use. The cleaning brush bristles are too soft; they spread & stay apart when cleaning the blades. There is nothing in the instructions that tells you that there's a retainer ring holding the blades in place; nor how to use it.
